The qualitative objectives are those that can not be measured numerically, but they are indispensable for Company's growth, the type "Greater visibility", "leader of the picture." An example of defining a qualitative objective is "to become a business leader in our (city, region, country), or convey an image of quality and trust between our prescribers.
Quantitative targets are obviously those that can be quantified. Since reaching a certain number of visits per month, a certain percentage of conversions of these visits, a percentage of turnover, etc. ... It depends on your company and your internet activity. It is obvious that a company achieves 100% of its sales on the Internet will not have the same objectives as a traditional company that wants to go online.
